New Project: Creating a Chill Oasis for a Great Family

I've been hired on to transform a new townhouse for an amazing family I know. Paige and Chan are moving into a new space that will serve as the chill epicenter to their busy lives. There are several children between this blended family that range from preschool to college and this space will need to function as "command central" for all and serve as a serene safe haven to their hectic lives.

I will be working this week to survey their current digs, weed through their existing furniture (I may employ Em Henderson's "Keep, Chuck, Don't Care" mentality), and guide them through the shopping and staging process when they move into their new townhouse this Friday. Yes, people, we're trying to do this IN A WEEK!!!! Here's what I've mocked up so far.
